Winter is approaching, so inevitably there will be snow, and because we are in New England we can bank on at least one Nor’easter pummeling into our communities. Snow plow trucks are a gift and a curse to us New Englanders. Snow plows are wonderful because they can clear a whole block of snow in minutes, unfortunately, many times the snow is cleared off of the street and onto your car. There is nothing worse than walking outside to your vehicle and not recognizing it at all because it’s covered with snow….thanks to the plow trucks!
We need plow trucks to keep our streets safe during the winter and snow. However, it’d be nice if snow plows didn’t have to stack five feet of snow onto our cars for us to shovel and ultimately put snow back on the streets for the plows just to move onto our vehicles again. The never ending cycle is awful! Living in New England during the winter is a workout! From shoveling out your vehicle filled with frozen icicles and frozen snow to finding a chair to indicate to others the space is taken. These tasks take time and hard work. With plows coming along every hour, it’s truly a catch twenty-two if you’ll find the space that you shoveled out and claimed as yours later that day. Stop the madness!!!
