Boston meters are free on Sunday. For many this is a day of rest. For the savvy bargain hunter, this is the day errands can be ran with ease. Free parking, limited traffic, and a greater chance at getting a parking space at every stop you make would make anyone delighted. There is no doubt about it, Boston has very limited meter parking to begin with. Competing with resident only, commercial and valet parking hogging all the limited street parking, its a real victory to come along a meter, and it’s free ..double victory!

So, we have all had this happen to us at least once…you are running uber late for work, run out to the car, or so you think…and it’s not there! You have been parking in the same space for months and hadn’t realized the time has come. It’s day street cleaning season. After calling out of work, finding your vehicle in the city Tow Lot, paying the towing fee and paying a hefty parking ticket, you have spent at least $200.
